This page is to help people learn a little more about me, the things I like and enjoy in my everyday life.
Music:
The Beatles, U2, Damien Rice, Mumford & Sons, KD Lang, PinK, DMB, Cold Play, Matt Maher, Matt Redmond, anyone named Matt, Tom Booth, Jesse Manibusan and a lot of other musicians and bands. I grew up listening to my mom's Beatles records. By the second grade I knew all the words on the Sgt. Pepper's album. I also really enjoy Big Band music and large brass ensembles which are found mostly in forties and fifties music. I collect old radios and often find myself wishing I could go back in time to see some of the greats like Nat King Cole, Bing Crosby, Judy Garland and others. The first live muisian that made me cry was Sammy Davis Jr. who I saw live in South Shore Tahoe, Nevada. My Dad took me to see him as a special night out. Call me crazy!
Food:
Tri-tip (and I love to grill it myself) and other steaks, pastas, salami, asparagas, white-rice, burgers, PIZZA (love pizza), sea-food (all of it), enchiladas, rice-crispy treats, vanilla ice cream, bacon and eggs...ketchup (I even wrote a song about my love for Ketchup)...CHAKA sauce (If you don't know what this is, ask me!).
Hobbies:
I ride a motorcycle, play softball and cruise garage sales.
Relaxing:
To me, I'm relaxed when I have the chance to sit with my legs kicked-up, sipping a diet coke, listening to some music in the background. This can be just about anywhere: my backyard, the mountains, at a friend's house. A cool breeze on a nice afternoon doesn't hurt either!

Simon Birch, Bruce Almighty, National Treasure, Shawshank Redemption, Twister, For the Love of the Game, A League of Their Own.
Sports:
Baseball, especially Opening Day with my daughter (We've gone to the SF Giant's home-opener since she was four); jogging, bowling, football (I'm a 49er fan).
TV Shows:
The Blacklist, Modern Family, The Middle, Homeland, America's Funniest Home Videos and of course, the news.
People:
